Inconsistent store to store policies

My wife and I are frequent shoppers at 2 Food Basic locations....the first being a new store recently opened on Fairview St. in Burlington and the second at the Lakeside Mall in Burlington. Your new location on Fairview is a treat to shop in. The store is clean, well stocked and more importantly the staff are all professional. Part time staff all wear uniforms, are professional and most helpful when asked any question. Cudo's to the management of this store. They have obviously set a high standard of customer service and it shows. I wish I could say the same same thing about your store at the Lakeside Mall in Burlington. Management in this store have no control over their part time staff. There does not seem to be uniforms for all(part time) as they walk around in hoodies, hats and jeans, some even listen to music from their phones while working. It is very disconcerting from a customer perspective to see part time staff just "hanging out" in groups of 2-3, chatting away and wasting time. As a customer I would have thought that there would be dress code issues from store to store but apparently there are not. I would recommend strongly to the manager of this store(Lakeside Mall) to visit the other Food Basic's location of Fairview St and see what a properly run store looks like (I am specifically referring to dress code and customer services here) as it is most apparent that he has no control over his part time staff and they do not adhere to any dress code at this location, leaving the impression to customers that the store is unprofessional. Observations from my wife and I over a two year period.
