Inconsistent quality in manufacturing! Special ordered a sand colored fabric Primo recliner with SoCozi massage mechanism from local furniture store (paid more than online to ensure warranty coverage with no issues). Chair was quite comfortable, though the cloth fabric material was of poor quality - irritating on arms, "flat" with no pile, and poor appearance. Returned chair and upgraded to the high-end top grain leather. Chair arrived with stitching askew on seat back with lop-sided appearance. The stuffing is so minimal, you can feel the So-Cozi air bags in the middle of your back all the time, even when sitting idle. The recliner mechanism frequently will not lower without pushing down hard with your legs. I am hoping this chair fails or falls apart within the 1st year so I can bring it back to the furniture store.
