On April 30, 2020 we ordered 3 children's toys from this site: domino math, dentist playset and a Montessori matching wooden set. On Thursday June 25 two of the three items arrived in a plastic bag, long after the "3 week" delivery time originally emailed to us. Moreover we received only the dentist set and Montessori wooden set both of which cost more than $30 and were of lower quality than I could find in the local Dollar store. Today, June 30, customer service emails are all blocked, even though I had successfully emailed customer service (3 people) previously. I ordered from this Quebec business because it is Canadian but what I did not know is their products are cheap Chinese toys. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN! User's recommendation: NEVER BUY FROM GRANDMA's GIFT SHOPT.
