Incomplete order and woeful Customer services

My 13 year old boy wants clothes for Christmas, so14th November placed a big order with JD, using their app, ample time to deliver, few days later I received one t-shirt, the other £240 worth of clothing still waiting on one month and two days on. After a couple of weeks i emailed them and received an automated email back asking for info, I obliged and not heard a thing since. I tried to call, automated service, knew I had an order outstanding, automated service said "looks like your order is running a little late, please wait whilst I put you through..... our lines are busy call back later" No matter what time, day, it doesn't matter, always too busy. Absolute *** service. Can fork out money on a celebrity advert but can't be *** to sort out orders for their customers.
