I ordered a bathing suit that came with only one of the straps. All I needed was for them to send me a strap, but they required me to return the whole bathing suit and wait for a new one. In the meantime, I was leaving for a trip and wanted to bring my bathing suit and didn’t have time to wait for this exchange. They were not willing to work with me for a timely solution and accused me of being condescending while I felt that was how they were speaking to me.
