I bought a Molten Lava Cake to share it with my family during the lockdown. For my surprise, it came incomplete. I received only 2 packets, and 6 tins. I called on June 1, 2020 11:45 am (ast) to the customer service and the representative asked me, my name, address, CF 16:1021 expiration date 20 April 2021 for a full replacement. I am still waiting User's recommendation: Keep sending messages to help the company with their quality procedures.
