This month I purchased a queen-sized plastic mattress bag thinking that I might need it to return a mattress. There were no signs in the store saying no returns and no mention was made of it when I purchased the item. Since I did not need the plastic mattress bag after all, I took it back to the U-STORE-IT store located at 120 Tubeway Dr, Carol Stream, IL 60188. What was my surprise to be told by Gloria that there were no returns, and it turned out, no exchanges. This certainly was a surprise for a company that talks about EXCELLENCE. U-Haul, for example, makes a practice of refunding money for items you do not need for moving. This practice will harm your business. I know that I will certainly not patronize U-STORE-IT materials again.
