incomplete door delivery order

Hi, We purchased 6 doors from Home Depot for delivery to the address: 580 Georgia Ave, Palo Alto, order number [protected]. On Friday 3 doors were delivered and this is delalying our project. We call and customer service is unable to support by providing any details on when the rest of the three doors will be delivered to us. This is bit frustrating as there is no one who could give us exact status of the remainder of the delivery. Can you please help with giving use exact details and expedite the deilvery.
