Incompetent, unethical, trying to steal my money

I wish I could give 0 reviews. I have been trying to sell my shares for MONTHS now. Everything is through paper and mail; nothing is done online. The customer service is kind but completely incompetent. I have had to fill out multiple forms several different times....
