It is obvious that the AAFES system is in business to make money OFF the regular active duty and retired folks. This is wrong on every level. We have been in this military for over 50 years and I'm sick and tired of watching AAFES taking advantage of our young troops by offering them credit and allow these troops and elderly retired folks charge and then if they're late with a payment, they'll submit to the troops Command a letter of Indebtment. For a retirement person, they'd sue them in civilian court or have their retirement checks deducted. This is a disgraceful ploy to make a buck for AAFES. User's recommendation: SHOPPERS AT AAFES.
