When our motorhome's living room slide out failed to retract in a campground on the north shore of Lake Superior, I called roadside assistance and had it manually retracted. 10 years ago we had good service from Hitch House, so I called them and made an appointment to have our slide out issue resolved. I arrived at the 8 am appointment time and waited all day for the service tech to look at our coach. At the end of the day they still hadn't touched it, claiming they couldn't do anything unless they could locate a new slide motor. A week later they still hadn't located a slide motor, and when I asked them to just check the fuse, they said it would be another week before they could do that. I went down the road to Heidi's RV Service, where they diagnosed and fixed the problem with our slide, and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Kudos to Heidi. Not so much to Hitch House!
