I had an ultra sound done on my abdomen June 13, 2018 because Dr. Lyons in family practice suspected that I might have hepatitis B, over a month has went by and she has never contacted me with the results so I called on July 16, 2018 and left a message for the doctor to call me about my test results and no one called so I called again on July 17, 2018 I was on hold for about 25 minutes and finally spoke to someone named Susan and she told me that I have gallstones and that I would be receiving a referral from a surgeon in about 2 weeks, I asked her why didn't the doctor call me a lot sooner and give me the results and Susan just said she don't know nd that the doctor is on vacation, I kept telling her that this is so unprofessional so she sked me would I like to speak to a supervisor I said yes because I need to know if I have hepatitis B, Susan said a supervisor would call me that day but no one called
