Incompetent diagnosis – 4 service calls to repair… so far!!

Our 6 year old Samsung refrigerator was freezing everything inside, including the water dispenser. Digital monitor said it was 41 degrees, but actual temp was 17 degrees. Warner Stellian diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and on 5/14/19 came back to install the panel. Ten minutes after he left, our floor was flooded with water. Apparently, the water chamber which also froze, cracked, and has now thawed leaking water. So repairman ordered new part, came back to fix (now our 3rd time having to take off work!). Well, guess what, the tubes that connect to the water chamber also froze so were now cracked. Repairman couldn't fix without those parts. Meanwhile we keep dumping the water out of the lower tray as it fills up! So far we have $970 into our used refrigerator!! We are now waiting to schedule our next appointment, and of course, have to take more time off from work. I called to complain about the labor charges and incompetence of the original inspection to also check this water chamber and hoses!! They offered to give a credit of $75... are you kidding? I asked to speak to some one else regarding the labor and our inconvenience. Have not heard back for 3 days now!!
