This has been on going for over 3 years. I went in to the Stanton California office for upper and lower dentures, I currently have the upper and not the lowers. The surgeon the removes teeth is completly un professional and should not be licensed in California. His method of administrating a numbing agent is the midevil. In rapid consession he pokes the needle deep into the gums, for someone woth sensitive gums this is very painful. I refuse to go back to this surgeon but have no choice because my insurance has already been billed and they have paid bright now for services that have never been done. I have sent emails to corporate office and phone twice explaining my problem and no one from bright now has reached out to me to resolve this problem. Its very dishearting to know that the corporate office could care less about bright now patients.
