Incompetent Business

I've called numerous times and paid their bills on their website to find that they cannot find my money even though it's been withdrawn from my account. They are difficult to understand no matter what time of day I call and are unable to tell me what I need to do to help resolve their issues. I've canceled my prescription from them because they are totally incompetent. If they can't handle a call, I'm surely not going to trust them with my prescription! Maybe that's how they reduce the health insurance company's costs and line their pockets - don't execute orders as expected and spend a lot of time doing it! If I could rate them less than 1, I would!
