Incompetent and Thieves

According to Travis @ NordicTrack and after 4 1/2 hours on the phone with the most incompetent customer service reps I have ever experienced, Travis said that the reason NordicTarck made an unauthorized charge on my account - is because NordicTrack is stingy about their penny. 1 cent let that sink in! And even though they provided the total and my bike was paid in full, they hit my acct for 355.48. NordicTrack you SUCK!!!! If I can give a zero for customer service I would!!! User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything from NORDICTRACK.
