Do not waste your time or money on these cheats and liars. Worst experience ever. FEDEX confirmed delivery of my documents to Visa Passport Pro by 8AM Friday morning yet my passport was not filled with the passport agency until Monday. My point of contact Adam Koonin assured me on Friday that my documents had been processed as soon as they were received on Friday and that I would have my passport returned to me Tuesday morning by 8AM. It never arrived and when I questioned as to why, Adam Koonin told me that my documents were not submitted until Monday and that it was either FEDEX or the passport agency’s fault. Then why did he tell me on Friday that everything was on schedule and my documents had been submitted? The answer of course is that either Adam Koonin was talking out of his *** or is simply a liar. I'm leaning towards the later because he also said that he had informed me of the delay which he never did until the morning I was to receive my passport which never arrived, and I called him to inquire. This organization is a waste of time and money. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is also a complete fabrication. They failed to submit my documents in a timely manner which resulted in a catastrophic delay to my plans. Fedex and the passport agency documentation clearly show that this company sat on my documents for over an entire business day resulting in my passport not being delivered in the time promised. Instead of taking responsibility this company chose to blame others and contradict themselves in emails. Adam Koonin was incompetent at his job, lied to cover his tracks, and was completely unwilling to provide a refund for the abhorrent service. If you need a passport quickly you are better of driving to the nearest passport agency office even if it is 10 hours away. Run don’t walk away from this company.
