It is hard to give Choose the Right Door even one star, because if there was a "no star" rating that's what I would give them. They were dispatched through American Home Shield (AHS) and have been impossible to work with. The technicians hear what they want to and give advice that's not covered in the contract. When you try to call the them they don't respond. I left ~5 voicemails with no response. I even spoke to the owner, Jim, who also hears what he wants to and doesn't communicate the correct info to AHS. Now AHS has had to dispatch a second contractor to come out do the job correctly. Incompetent!
