Incompetence in billing results in missed RX’s

Once again, Accredo demonstrates their lack of billing competence. Today is Dec 17, 2020 and they are 2 months behind in billing for Rx received in October. This creates an issue with amounts reflected on the copay assistance card. This is the worst company I have ever seen. Two weeks out of meds....thanks Accredo.
