Incompetence and poor customer service at RSRollins Automotive

A few weeks ago I took my 2004 Jeep Wrangler in to RSRollins Automotive in Colorado Springs because I was leaking rear axle fluid. I was told I would need new axle seals in the rear. I was quoted $200 plus parts to which I agreed, as Jeeps with a Dana 44 rear end have a tendency to need axles seals replaced after the first 100k miles or so, and the mileage was 120k. Apparently they were having trouble locating the correct axle seals, bearings and retainer plate so I offered to order the correct parts online and just have them shipped overnight. I was told that would be great, as it would save them time tracking down each part. I ordered the parts online, and delivered them the next day (verified with the local dealership that the part numbers were correct.) I go to pick up the Jeep the next day, and everything seemed OK. After 3-4 days I noticed pools of differential fluid around the rear tires and contacted RS Rollins again to explain that the axle seals seemed to be leaking, and leaking worse than they were prior to the repair. I was told to bring it back in and they would take a look and see what was going on, but they couldn't get me in for about a week. No big deal, or so I thought. I made it a point not to drive the Jeep much, until they had a chance to take a look, even though they said it would be fine. I took it in this morning, dropped it off, and got a call back within 10 minutes telling me the new seals failed (on both sides, which is really odd) and it was due to faulty parts, and I didn't buy the parts from them, so they wouldn't warranty their work. I explained the only reason I bought parts was that they couldn't find them, and I did so at their request. How could they not honor their warranty, when they never told me I would be giving up a warranty by doing as they asked me to? So now my Jeep is leaking worse than ever. The local jeep dealership took a look and said RSRollins installed the seals/bearing assembly improperly, and that's why the new seals failed. Think twice about RSRollins Automotive if you want the job done right, or expect a company to stand behind their work. Incredibly disappointed, and pissed that I'm not out $450 and I now have to pay an additional $700 to fix their screw up.
