Incompetant with insurance claims

Patient First does not know how to submit an insurance claim to TRICARE or MEDICARE. They do know how to send you the bill and then not provide any further care, unless it is paid to them in full. They do NOT have a phone number or point of contact to the person working on the bills, nor will they let you speak to them. I was told that Patient First was denied payment from TRICARE and MEDICARE. When I called TRICARE and MEDICARE, they had no knowledge of any bill submission from Patient First. They lie and don`t know what they are doing. I overheard a patient first patient that went to ER at Walter Reed, because of that young soldiers treatment in that place. The military needs to ban these people!!!!
