Incompentent company

I had a shower installed in July that should have taken 3 days instead it took 6 weeks, no water was coming through, nobody seemed to know what the problem was, but anyway at last it was sorted out and I was able to use it. All this caused a lot of distress, as I am disabled.I think I deserve some compensation for all the inconvenience that I experienced. During the time all this was going on, each time I 'phoned them they kept passing me from one person to another full of excuses, all of them so arrogant. I would definitely not recommend them.
