I have been trying for over a month to either activate Vanilla Mastercards that I purchased as gifts over the holidays and that the retailer, Sam's, activated at the store but they were unusable. After calling the customer service line on the card on several occasions as well as following their instructions for getting the cards activated, I still have not gotten a response from the company nor has the cards been activated for you. I have called 3 phone lines and emailed the compliance department at least 5 times. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never again purchase an cards associated with Vanilla nor InComm. I have not given up on either getting the cards activated or my money refunded.
