A salesperson went to my 75 year old mother's home and offered a demonstration during COVID. My mother has struggled with dementia, loneliness and allowed the lady in. The lady convinced my mother to but a $2461 system. No sales person should solicit door to door durning COVID and prey on the elderly. I have contacted Dazia Tucker and she offered no assistance. M A and Associates did not return my call. Of course, now that it has been explained to my mother she is embarrassed and does not want to persue this. I want policies in place that salespeople can not solicit door to door during pandemics.
