Good day, I am a member of Virgin Active and have been for years. I mostly train at Virgin Active Rooihuiskraal in Centurion, Gauteng. In multiple occasions this gym plays kwaito music to which everyone must be forced to train on. This is simply not cultural sensitive and truly frustrating. I have suggested and will again suggest playing pop music, which is popular in the broad terms. I am truly so sick of this and considering taking legal action against Virgin SA.
