Inadequate “financial adviser” service

I called seeking explanation about (1) the STAGNANT balance in my MM acct, and (2) the "justification/ explanation" for zeroing out/conversion of my Windsor !! Fund shares into Windsor II Admiral shares with "0" shrs?!! The so called "financial adviser" named Holly (?) to whom the call was transferred was either incapable of answering my inquiry to the point of my frustration compelling me to terminate the call. User's recommendation: Advice them to consider other custodian before deciding on Vanguard.
