Inaccurate reporting
I have called for several months requesting an update of "paid in full" on my 2017 Nissan Sentra. All I get are foreign people apologizing with nothing being accomplished. They will leave you on hold. Then, disconnect your call after a long wait.The account should be Balance $0, Paid/Closed and releasing over $16,000 of my credit for myself and son (joint owner). It has caused me not to qualify for credit. User's recommendation: Do not finance with Ally!
