Inaccurate product specs, horrible service

We recently purchased a Lenovo S345 Chromebook from BestBuy. Upon arrival, found out the webcam quality is not the same as on the Best Buy website or Lenovo website. We couldn't find a phone number for Lenovo, so we raised a service ticket. The response we got was that they were unable to help us, and that we should contact The Canada Google Group, as if the problem was with Google. The wrong tech specs was listed on the Lenovo website, not from a random Google search! User's recommendation: Do not purchase Lenovo products!
