Inaccurate photos, ridiculous return expenses
I just ordered to throw pillows from them, one red, one gray and white. They shipped them separately, maybe a week apart. The minute I opened the first one I saw it was a dark, dull red, not the one shown online, and the return shipping was $9! Half the cost of the pillow. That reminded me that a couple of years ago I had vowed never again to shop there--but enough time had passed that I forgot. I called to cancel the other pillow and they told me it was too late (though it hadn't shipped yet). When it came it was brown, not gray. Another $9 to return it. I'm not sure how they can stay in business when most places offer free shipping on returns. And given our current technology, there's no excuse for the misleading pictures. I won't forget this time. DON'T SHOP THERE. You also won't get any response from "customer service."
