Inaccurate information
My mortgage company pulled a Lexis Nexus report that said we owned property that we did not. Lexis Nexus claimed it would take 60 days to fix the problem. We were at the final stages of closing a mortgage and then this problem arose ... all due to Lexis Nexus having the wrong information. User's recommendation: sue them.
