Purchased a vehicle from them. BMW X4, the vehicle was described as having heated front seats, however, this was incorrect. The other error in the description of the vehicle was that it had two keys, however, after paying for the vehicle and then picking it up, I was handed only the one key. I asked for the second key as per the description on their web site and was told that I should've checked the key issue when inspecting the vehicle prior to buying. I explained I checked the vehicle two days prior to auction finishing and I relied on their description about the key/s - They said not their responsibility. Key fob from BMW cost me $1,156.00 which included supply and programming. CAUTION with buying cars from them. Even after inspecting the car things can go wrong.
