Called customer service, get intercept to go to personal digital. If press oneas requested, you are transferred to the next available agent - which is a busy signal. Tried three times-last time, no busy signal, but line was disconnected. This isnt dismal customer service, its worse. User's recommendation: Choose option to buy subscription-surely that will be answered.
