Inability to access or print our online boarding pass/tags, etc.

We contacted Celebrity customer service over a month ago and they confirmed that there was a problem with the online checking process, which they could not access either. They promised that IT would immediately resolve the problem. After numerous phone calls to customer service we were advised they were working on the problem. Finally, we were able to get the owner of our travel agency to call Celebrity, who was told that they had not even started working on our problem. We were lied to and had no follow up from customer service. We have been offered nothing for our troubles and still cannot access the documents we need for the cruise. I will never cruise on Celebrity again. I would not even give customer service one star except that's the lowest I can go.
