Employees either lack knowledge and/or lack verbal skills to explain introductory package. We were told repeatedly that we could tan free for two weeks. The actual package we found out later was only a certain amount of minutes were free. We used those minutes after 1 week. Obvious mistakes were made by employees but apologies never offered. Manager herself explained " thats the way it is. I have no authority to correct the problem." Each time we went in we were told by the employees which level bed we would be using and suggested times wrre offered. Our package included 3 level beds. Our minutes were used and we never got to level 3. I would never recommend this company until their !evel of service goes up dramatical!y.
