“IN STOCK” PRODUCT ON BACK ORDER

On 8/16/14, I ordered 2 camera batteries that were listed as "In Stock" I received a phone call saying they were out of stock and tried to "bait & switch" me. I rejected the offer. Then received this email: We regret to inform you that the item(s) you ordered below is temporarily on back order. We expect this item(s) to become available within the next 3 - 5 weeks. You will receive an email with your tracking # once your back ordered item(s) ships out. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for shopping at theestoreonline.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On 10/7/14 they answered my next inquiry: The item is on a backorder. There is nothing we can do, we have large orders that must be satisfied. We do have the higher capacity battery in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience. Carter Hayes Customer Service 1-87*-595-4331 www.theEstoreonline.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It is now 10/24/14: Sent another email not yet answered. Keep in mind that Their ad is still offering these batteries at the same price and states "in stock".. Are these people Nigerians?
