I purchased a phone that was labeled "in stock" on May 30th. The next say I received an email saying it was on back order, that it would ship within 1-10 days. It's been 2 weeks and still nothing, they aren't answering their phone and the item still says "in stock." I requested a cancellation and refund, hopefully this goes smoother. It was the best price I could find online for the phone. But they seem to be advertising products that they don't actually have in stock and that's problematic. Then making customers wait 2 weeks just to have them say that they don't know when it will be back in stock. This is a good way to repel customers. I hope they fix these issues in the future.
