In pain

My Dr is suppose to send in referrals for treatment. Since June 14th,2018.As of today July 10 2018 Health net has not received and referrals to authorize. I have call the office 4 times and not one call from them. I really need these authorize. I have a copy of the referral hete. But it's seems they have not been sent correctly
