I recognize this site is for pissed off customers. AND I have been one, believe me. However while most people seek a site like this to hammer on a company, Summit Racing took such great care of me and a recent issue that I have sought out this site to do just the opposite. The did not have to assist me as the warranty on said product was expired. However they took the time to listen to me and the special circumstance I felt should be addressed. They made a decision for me based on customer service versus simply hiding behind company policy. I truly appreciate their ware-with-all to do the right thing.
