I am a police officer in lynchburg va. and frequently go to River Ridge Mall and interact with the security there. Well over the last few months they have gone through Command Changes from SGT to Capt.. Well when i went through the mall the other day and take it was a very busy day at the mall the Lt. who i determined was Lt. McCormick, and Sgt. Hatley along with the Capt. Craine was in the office Playing Video Games on the Computer while only 1 female officer was out on the floor and she appeared to be about 60 years old. From my professional view they should be immediately terminated.
