Cherokee Harrah's promote everything Caesars entertainment promote to lure, people to their casino; afterwards, they tell people the are not apart of Caesar's entertainment , and they do not have to honor the promotions. It should be illegal for this casino to bait people so they can stay in operation. When we call Ceasar's to make complaints they do nothing about the situation. I feel if Harrah's Cherokee is not going to honor Caesar's entertainment promotions because they are an indian reservation, Caesar should not allow Cherokee casino to utilize their promotions to mislead the thousands of people that patronize Cherokee on behalf of Harrah's casino. It is 100% wrong and misleading! Please reconsider doing business with this indian nation that truly does not care about their patrons!
