In ability to do a bank transfer

For three days, I have called customer service, in an effort to make a bank transfer, for at least a dozen times I have been told there is heavy call activity and asked to call back. I would appreciate the opportunity to wait my turn, or my number taken and called when it comes my turn, as is the policy with other banks. I am not pissed. I find Citi Cards a good company. I understand the condition caused by COVID-19NON User's recommendation: Nothing to suggest.
