In a few words, my experience has been BAD.
I received a DX-5 Drone as a Christmas Gift. I misplaced the charging cord. I called customer service and was told that they could not sell me another cord that I would have to call another toll free number. I called the second number and I was told that Sharper Image was out of that cord and would not have another shipment for "several months." I tried to purchase a replacement cord at Best Buy, but I was told that this particular Drone charger is "proprietary" and that any standard charging cord will not work. You'd think that Sharper Image would have been smart enough to either use a cord that can easily be replaced or otherwise keep enough replacement cords in stock so that replacing it would not be such a challenge. I'll ask Santa to use another company next year.
