I don't know about other branches of Belhasa Driving Centers in Dubai but I will specifically mention here about BDC Jabel Ali branch. They are not giving proper guidelines and imposing their own rules on the students to make more money. I give some examples here. There is no rule in any driving center that a student has to take 4 classes (2 hours) every time but in BDC they said it is rule that you have to attend minimum 4 classes every time. Secondly as per my knowledge If a student has passed his/ her assessment test and he/ she has got schedule for Final Road Test, then if he/ she wants to take more learning classes he/ she can request but it is not compulsory to take more classes but in BDC they said you must continue learning classes until your appearance in Final Road test. Apart from these there are so many things to complaint about like instructor behaviours and asking for food and gift from the students and so on. I tried to put complaint on their website but that is still under construction. Students in BDC Jabel Ali branch are suffereing so much. I request the concerned peoples to look into this matter and concerned authorities should investigate about it.
