When submitting a claim to met life the xrays and the periodontal charting must be also submitted. I have explained this to the local office and they state that this has been done. I have spoken to met life and they state it was not included so they denied the claim. I also have a approved workman's comp claim that has never been properly submitted for over 3000.00 and you can bet that I am not responsible for this and I will Never pay it. When you send me to collections and I file a suit against your company for improper possessing of my claims to met life I would bet that the judge will dismiss the case.
