Impossible to speak to a real person !!

AI'm a contractor and need a replacement part for a vent Fan that's critical to keeping a small IT equipment room cool for a customer and the motor bearings failed. I've spent countless hours trying to find the motor part # and then when I fin ally got that through a distributor they say they can't order that part. and then after ordering it from 2 other companies, both of which cancelled my order within a couple days, I'm STILL unable to order a replacement and I've spent MANY hrs. searching the web with Zero luck ! Can't get a response from Panasonic vie email and chat requests either ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE options and Lack of response from this company !! User's recommendation: Avoid buying ANYTHING from this company !
