Was told by the hotel to contact booking.com for a refund (found bed bugs shortly after arrival) and they are telling me my email is incorrect and when I called, I waited for 10 min on hold before a recording told me their call volume was high and to call back laterthen hung up. Wtf? Also charged 2x what the hotel was listed for elsewhere (found this out later of course) User's recommendation: Stay away.
