impossible to move away a domain from bounceweb

I have a domain registered at bounceweb. When I tried to move it to another registrar, I got an EPP code... but it proved to be invalid. So when I entered a ticket to ask for a solution... it got closed. Another ticket... closed again. Two weeks later both tickets were deleted. To keep my domain registered I had to prolongue my registration. With all technical issues Bounceweb responded within 24 hours, but when I want to leave them as a customer, they do not respond anymore.
