Impossible to contact customer service

I have tried to contact customer service several times. I have waited from 1 hour on hold up to 1 1/2 hours. I have tried to contact them regarding the status of my contract. I have left messages on other numbers for ideal image, no return call received. I have emailed , no response. Very disappointed with this company. User's recommendation: Do not use ideal image.

》 Legally, it’s not a scam. But ethically, it’s BS and definitely a scam
