I attempted to pay rent through the service, receiving confirmation that payment was received. A week later, after due date crossed, I get an email that it had been reversed. I spent half an hour on the phone to talk to somebody only to get transferred to another department. Another 20 minutes and that rep informed me she had to call another department. All of that, only to find out that it didn't go through because I entered my current address in the field "Address" instead of the address I had just moved from. Doesn't say "Billing Address", just "Address." Now I have extra fees because their system is about as user friendly as a virus. Couple with that, I have been blocked from my online account. By the way, that was after spending an hour trying to sign up for online payments because they have the address wrong and it kept saying my address doesn't exist. User's recommendation: If you are a renter, move somewhere that doesn't use this. If you are a PM, stay away.
