I have purchased goods to the value of 10515USD. as per proof of emails I do have on hand, the goods were described and confirmed to be in good order and in order as per other technicalities. it was sad to learn that the goods were not in the manner described when they arrived and we unpacked and tested them. firstly some of the Models were extremely old which were not brought to my attention that they were going to be giving me those very old models. then 1 3rd of the goods are problematic with batteries not working, Cmos issues that have date and time loss and post error messages. Some units have cracked hinges and broken corners its actually disgusting. Some of the units have lcd Problems or board problems which are not working or powering on. The keyboard Layout was supposed to be US layout and they are all mixed with different language layout. 19 Lenovo Chargers were short, some chargers were not working. I have made may contact with them but they show no concern or interest. Mr Behl The business relations Director emailed me at the time of order placement to chase to see why i hadnt wired the funds to them but on all the corresponding emails of complaint to Mr kapil Lal i ccd Behl and he did not reply once or show any concern. After a long time Mr kapil says he has put together some spares as support and i must get them collected. I am put into such a predicament i have paid them in full in advance now they got the funds left me in a mess and he says he is offering me spares as support and i must collect them What kid of business people are these. I did purchase from them before about a year and a half ago and the goods were in decent condition. This time round it was very upsetting. My money is tied up because i cannot sell these goods in the condition they are. Please help me.Its gone just over 2 months since i received the cargo.
